DHL parcel map tracking. This got me excited seeing my delivery was only two stops away but apparently it cant be trusted.

 

DHL's tracking says "Tendered to Service Provider" which from what I can tell trying to find answers online means they've given it to USPS as it says "Delivery by USPS"... but USPS's tracking number that DHL's website gave me still says it's "On its way to USPS" (The DHL tracking says it arrived in St Louis and was tendered very early this ...

 

They use a different department for international deliveries and tracking numbers for those won?t work on the regular DHL website. The only easy way to get tracking info is to click the link in their sketchy email.

 

First time using DHL service and I swear to the love of the god they are by far the horrible company ever. Their tracking system seriously need to do something about it. My shipment was picked up in Shanghai China and when the shipment departed Shanghai China and landed in Hong Kong for transit the tracking wasn?t even updated at all.

My tracking says status Exception and shipment is on hold. Is this normal? Not sure what is going on.

 

Please check your tracking number." I reached out to DHL customer service and they said the tracking number doesn't exist. I reached the retailer multiple times and they said they are not responsible for how long DHL update their tracking number. I'm so confused? This never happened to me before I don't understand what's going on here.

DHL return tracking number not working Hello so I issued a return on ASOS store through DHL (Germany). I got my return label printed it out packaged everything. Went to the lockbox I chose scanned it both from my phone and the package multiple tries it kept showing "tracking number does not exist".
