Aside from any differences in hardware (HDD vs SATA SSD vs NVME SSD etc.) the only real difference here is that your operating system is installed on the C: drive. Other installed programs are probably on C: as well since that's usually the drive an installation tool will default to.

Kortom: Vrijwel alles wat jij op je computer opslaat wordt op de C: schijf opgeslagen tenzij je het anders aangeeft. Als je ruimte vrij wilt maken kun je windows onderdelen die je niet gebruikt uitschakelen.

Remember the drive C: is automatically assigned the letter C because it is the primary partition or drive housing your Windows operating system (OS). D: is the next drive you add to your computer after the drive (C:).
