Spreadsheet I made a meta builds tierlist that many people used already in the demo

 

Before I made a tierlist and it was pretty bad looking back. So I made a new one dedicated only to PVE to see how effective they would be on a RL150 character. Criteria for judgement: damage moveset versatility weapon art passive bonus effects (if available) and range.

 

The Tierlist was made with feedback from other players of similar experience. Tierlists are highly subjective. Player skill with different weapons and characters might mean that a particular weapon is a different tier for you. Specific weapon-character combos can also move a weapon to a higher tier. For example Mage with taser or Hunter with ...

Vehicles are ranked depending on: Value+demand stats accessibility usefulness price/performance looks rarity unique features (flying towing going on water weapons) And most importantly how much me and bro like them. I think you should make different Tierlist for PVP and PVE. this game has a pretty clear line for which Characters good in each. except of buffers most of characters in this game is only good for either of them while bad the for the other.
