As Microsoft continues evolving its cloud-first ecosystem many enterprise customers are reevaluating the value of Microsoft Unified Support compared to its predecessor Premier Support.

 

The document provides instructions for Insight Managed Cloud Services employees on how to log a support ticket with Microsoft Premier Support for Partners (PSFP). It outlines what is needed to access the partner center portal and log a ticket including a PSFP Access & Contract ID.

 

What is Premier Support? Premier Support is a service offered by select Microsoft Partners to help businesses that are licensed via a provider from the Microsoft Partner Network. As a Microsoft Partner Trusted Tech Team offers Premier Support to all eligible tenants.

 

Microsoft will be limiting partners to raising a maximum of 30 Azure reactive support tickets per year on their premier support contract which could potentially have been resolved without escalation to Microsoft.
