Alright so my pc randomly crashed and in doing so made my sayo device screen turn black its lit up but its just that dim dark light and the sayo device programs or website don't even detect it on my pc (WHEN IT IS PLUGGED INTO MY PC WITH POWER ON!) if anyone has a SINGLE clue whats happening please tell me!

 

True I bought a sayodevice recently and had new switches come in yesterday I wanted to swap the switches in the sayodevice with the new ones but i don?t know how I couldn?t find any tutorials and I couldn?t find the discord do any of y?all know how to do it?

Is the delay between a mouse vs a sayo even that different? Is there a reason why i should use basically a 1-4 key keyboard instead of a mouse which?

 

My Sayo device o3c is not being detected by my system and the screen where the nian cat is is complety black. I cant also go to the config basically because the screen is black.

 

I bought my sayodevice in november (around 4 months ago) and it keeps doubletapping or just tapping on its own when im not tapping. I even bought the wooting switches to replace the other ones but the issue is still there is this just because of my tapping or is there actually a problem with the sayodevice itself?

The Sayo device is not properly recognized by MacOS and cannot be set up. The device is recognized by the terminal but there is a problem that the product name does not appear no matter how many times you click search device in the program (v2).

 

I have heard that the Sayo Device has absolutely better response time in comparison to mouse. I am actually considering it and should I do it? I didn't want to do up arrow on keyboard because it doesn't feel the same as mouse but I can put the Sayo Device on my desk where my mouse would be when playing GD.
