In general you don?t install fonts exclusively for LibreOffice (except for LibreOffice Portable which has its own fonts folder); normally fonts are installed system-wide. Using Page Break doesn?t work : it doesn?t shift images. Since the document is app. 200 pages long I can?t do the shifting manually. There?s got to be a way to insert a page (I want new title pages for sections).

I tried to open a LibreOffice Document via the file explorer and starting LibreOffice Writer and LibreOffice from the start menu and I got the busy icon next to the cursor and then nothing with all three. I first tried to repair the installation of LibreOffice Version 25.2.0.3 then uninstalled it and installed LibreOffice Version 25.2.2.2.

 

In LibreOffice autoformat styles are used both for Writer text tables (the table ?remembers? its autoformat style) and for Calc cell ranges (the range does not ?remember? the autoformat style). In the Writer main menu there is a separate Table item dedicated to text tables. In Calc we find autoformat styles in the Format main menu item).

I recently upgraded to version 25.2 on a Mac. Much to my surprise all the backgrounds in Calc and Writer are black now - and I don?t know how to change them for good (not interested in changing them on each document individually). Would anybody know how to do this?
