There are a lot more nuances than that in many cases that person is comparing priority data prepaid plans to de-pri postpaid plans. Or plans with premium features like hotspot or in Verizons case postpaid plans that don't even come with UW to prepaid plans that do. In addition some of those prices seem incorrect like for Visible+ perhaps they changed since the article was written 2 months ago ...
