The OneDrive app will allow you to access your Microsoft OneDrive account. You can also access both via the My Files app if you have the accounts configured on your phone. In phone settings -> Accounts and backup under Samsung Cloud you can "Back up data" or "Restore data" from the Samsung Cloud.

This would be an issue with Microsoft Outlook not your Samsung phone. Perhaps trying to log in with the same information as is on your computer or changing your password first may help before attempting to log back in.

When I called Samsung Support they tried for 4 days to fix it and failed. My account is working fine on my galaxy phone galaxy tablet and galaxy watch. It's also working good on all the browsers. When I called Samsung Support technical team says it's the issue with Account and transfer the call to Samsung Accounts team.

There are any number of accounts to log into to make the device workable. If it's a lock screen password then you have to force a reset again then it will start up without a device password however that will not get you around the account password.
