Microsoft Teams has transformed the way we connect and collaborate at work and in our lives. To date there have been two Teams apps on Windows 11 ? one for work or education and another for personal use. We?re thrilled to share that today the unified Teams app is now available on Windows 11 Windows 10 and Mac.

 

Microsoft Teams Desktop on Mac Stuck in Login Loop I recently changed from one MS Office 365 email/organization to another. I've removed the "old" Office 365 account from everywhere I can find on my Mac but when I launch Microsoft Teams - every time - it asks me to login with my "old" email address.

 

When users log into their Teams account their Teams account credentials are saved somewhere. Because the next time their login name is entered teams signs in without asking for a password.

 

Teams Infinite Sign In Loop Hi I'm working remotely from home and have had to install teams on my computer. When I sign in I select my personal account attached to the email address and type my password. Teams then presents me with a drop down to select my work ORG I select this and it tells me "We're switching to your other account".

 

The resolution was to receive a message in Teams and not view it. Eventually the user will receive an email stating that a teammate is trying to reach you in Microsoft Teams. Within that email there is a link to 'Reply in Teams'. If the user opens that link on their mobile device it correctly initiates data management policy and manages Teams.

 

As you can see my signed in teams is still visible in the background of the login prompt. Quitting Teams and restarting the program (or restarting windows) causes the same issue to occur again.

 

Me and other admins (from reposted thread) have specific users who experience M365 authentication problems after upgrading to the latest FSLogix version (s) that offers support for New Teams.

 

Android phone stuck in login loop for account with previous organisation Hi. I've recently joined a new organisation and want to have Teams active on my phone as I did with a previous organisation.

 

I have tried from a different Windows account on the same machine and can login fine. Tried deleting the cache etc. Made sure the time is correct and is auto updating. Teams was signing in previously for the user but has stopped working today. They can log to the Teams web app fine from the same windows account.

 

Login to the Entra ID portal (https://www.entra.microsoft.com) navigate to your conditional access policies and edit the Microsoft-managed Conditional Access policy called "Block device code flow" exclude your Teams Android device resource accounts from the policy.
