Moodle packages for Windows | Moodle downloads These packages contain Moodle plus all the other software needed to make it run on Windows: Apache MySQL and PHP. They are built using XAMPP. Note: XAMPP is no longer maintained and the latest versions of MySQL MariaDB or PHP don't meet the minimum database requirements for Moodle 4.1 and onwards.
