Su altri marketplace i tempi vengono calcolati correttamente e si dice al cliente "se vuoi spedizione piu' rapida paga il corriere 24 ore" Ebay invece pretende che gli&nbsp;si regali il servizio per ovviare ai loro errori !

Ora volevo chiedere una cosa se io lo pago tramite Paypal fuori da Ebay e invio il pagamento come acquisto di beni e per caso il venditore si prende i soldi e non mi spedisce lo smartphone o altri problemi io vengo rimborsato totalmente da Paypal anche se il venditore non ha soldi sul conto Paypal?
