I have recently purchased the Cloud Alpha Wireless headphones. However I am having problems with the driver update. While the headphones are working properly I cannot enable DTS because of outdated software. When i try to update it via NGENUITY Client the process is permanently stuck on Installing Drivers on 0% progress.

 

About two weeks ago i made a post about the Ngenuity software not working (did not get any response from HyperX here) and contacted support via email. I've been given a lot of standard suggestions (try different cables ports fresh windows installation) and eventually got sent some standalone updaters for the QuadCast S. If I run hyperx ngenuity and I make software update for my cloud 3 the sound windows enhancement (loudness) will disappear and make some of stuttering if I adjust the volume. this is normal or what?

 

Ngenuity was not detecting my keyboard I opened the software and while it was open I unplugged the keyboard and then plugged it back in. Immediately it popped up on the software.

 

After simply starting the new installed Ngenuity app i simply had to re-enter all my settings (since it was a new install) I have a keyboard mouse and microphone from hyperx and all are now working and on the latest update. I hope this will work for you too if yes glad that i could help.

 

As the current beta doesn't support cloud flight is there anywhere I could find a download of the older version? I've tried searching but can't find?

 

I want customize the RGB on my new quadcast hyperx desk mic and when I open up the NGENUITY app it only says my keyboard and mouse are connected also the mic works ...

 

I downloaded Ngenuity software and it upgraded my firmware version and random static noise issue became worse. I had to download an Equalizer program and changed some equalizer settings and kept volume levels under 30. Now ngenuity updated itself to latest windows version it can't detect my HyperX Cloud Alpha S anymore.
