This is a PC-98 emulator for Windows that is based on the T98 source code and inevitably so very fast. It doesn't have that many features yet but it's update very regularly. This is another PC98 emulator for Windows but I wasn't able to test it so I can't give you any details on how good it is or anything just yet.
