Instagram is my all time favorite social app i use it everyday literally. There is a problem tho The feature the i mostly use is story i like to share what I'm doing atm and record videos but sometimes those videos don't get posted. It does say "uploading" but after a few seconds it fails and there would be a red banner saying "failed.

 

Once you validate the email go back to your Instagram account and now the password reset or account verification emails should be sent sucessfully. Basically Instagram has blacklisted your email in the past due to unsuccessfull attempts to deliver emails and doing this whitelists the email again! Hope it helps!

 

The best way is to check who viewed your stories on Instagram. Because whenever someone visits your profile they either click your profile picture accidentally or check your story. In both cases Instagram will let you see who viewed your story (unless your account is private); that way you will know who visited your profile. Hope that helps.
